A career at Sahair isn't about becoming a copy of someone else.
It's about developing your skills, understanding your strengths, learning how to take exceptional care of people, and becoming the strongest professional version of yourself.
If that sounds like the kind of career you're looking for, we'd like to meet you!
We are currently hiring Stylists and Front Desk Guest Relations for our Parker and Lone Tree, CO locations.
Our Core Values aren't words we put on a wall. They are expectations for how we work together and how we take care of our guests.
We create a space where everyone feels seen, supported, and connected. We uplift one another, celebrate wins together, and build meaningful relationships with both our team and our guests.
We do the right thing — always. We hold ourselves accountable to high standards in our work, our communication, and the commitments we make to one another and our guests.
Accountability also means being willing to receive feedback, learn from mistakes, and take ownership of our growth.
We treat every person with professionalism, kindness, and consideration.
We honor each other's time, talents, perspectives, and responsibilities and work to create an environment where people feel valued.
We are committed to continuous learning and improvement.
We embrace education, welcome challenges, ask questions, and push ourselves to grow personally and professionally.
At Sahair, learning never stops — and that's intentional.
To create a salon where the community is strong, respect is standard, Integrity is non-negotiable, and growth never stops.
We create a culture of excellence where growth is expected, education is valued, and accountability drives success. Together, we support, celebrate, and elevate one another.
A meaningful career in beauty takes more than talent. It takes education, accountability, consistency, strong relationships, and people who are willing to invest in your growth.
At Sahair Salon, our mission is to cultivate personal growth and development, and we measure our success by the success of our people.
That belief shapes the way we hire, teach, coach, and lead.
Across our three salon locations in Parker and Lone Tree, Colorado, our team includes hairstylists, Associate Artists, educators, coaches, leaders, and Guest Relations professionals working toward one shared standard: keep learning, keep refining, and take exceptional care of the people around you.
We look for people who are kind, motivated, coachable, and serious about becoming better at what they do.
If you want a career where you can learn your craft, build real relationships, contribute to a team, and continue growing over time, Sahair may be the place for you.
No one walks into Sahair expected to know everything.
But everyone is expected to keep learning.
Education here doesn't end when cosmetology school does, and growth doesn't stop when you reach the next stylist level.
Our team continues refining technical skills, consultations, communication, professional product knowledge, guest experience, time management, leadership, and the business skills needed to build a sustainable career.
Developing artists receive hands-on support through our Associate Artist Program. As careers grow, opportunities can expand into higher stylist levels, education, coaching, mentorship, leadership, and other areas of the company.
We aren't interested in growth simply for the sake of becoming busier.
We want our people to become more capable.
Better at their craft. More confident in their decisions. Stronger communicators. More intentional with their careers. And better equipped to care for the guests and teammates who trust them.
That is what growth looks like at Sahair.
Whether you're preparing to graduate from cosmetology school or you're an experienced stylist looking for a salon where you can continue developing, Sahair is built for people who don't want to stop learning.
Cosmetology school gives you the foundation.
Building a career behind the chair means learning how to take that foundation and apply it to real guests, real consultations, real schedules, real relationships, and real career goals.
Our stylists continually refine their skills in areas such as haircutting, hair color, blonding, balayage, extensions, treatments, consultation, professional home care, guest retention, rebooking, communication, and the business of building a clientele.
We believe great stylists are always students of their craft.
You'll be challenged to grow here.
You'll also have coaches, educators, teammates, and experienced artists around you who want to help you get there.
Beginning a career behind the chair can feel overwhelming when you're expected to figure everything out on your own.
At Sahair, you don't have to.
Our Associate Artist Program gives developing stylists the opportunity to work alongside experienced Sahair artists while building the technical, communication, and professional skills that turn beauty-school education into a career.
Associate Artists learn far more than how to perform a service.
They learn how to lead a consultation, communicate with a guest, manage timing, recommend professional home care, support their team, build guest relationships, understand salon systems, and deliver the Sahair standard from beginning to end.
The program combines education with real-world experience so growth doesn't happen only in a classroom.
It happens behind the chair, beside experienced professionals, and through consistent coaching and feedback.
As your skills, confidence, and consistency develop, so does your responsibility.
The purpose of the Associate Artist Program is simple:
To give talented new professionals the education, mentorship, experience, accountability, and support they need to build a strong foundation for a lasting career behind the chair.
Our Guest Relations team is far more than a front desk.
They are an important part of the entire Sahair experience.
They may be the first person a guest speaks with, the first face she sees when she arrives, and the person helping connect all the details of her experience from beginning to end.
Guest Relations team members help match guests with the right stylist, manage reservations, answer questions, support salon operations, learn our services and professional products, and work closely with our artists throughout the day.
It takes someone who genuinely enjoys helping people.
Someone who communicates clearly, notices the details, stays composed when things get busy, follows through, and understands that small moments can make a big difference in how someone feels.
You don't need to walk in knowing everything about hair.
You do need to be curious, dependable, caring, and willing to learn.
One of the most important things to understand about Sahair is that no one builds a career here completely alone.
Stylists share knowledge.
Experienced artists mentor developing artists.
Coaches help their teams identify opportunities and work toward the next level.
Guest Relations supports the service team.
Educators help refine our craft.
Leaders develop the next generation of leaders.
We believe taking care of each other allows us to take better care of our guests.
That doesn't mean growth is always comfortable.
It requires feedback, accountability, practice, consistency, and a willingness to look at where you can improve.
But when you are surrounded by people who care about your development—and you're willing to put in the work—your career can become much more than a place you come to work.
It can become something you continue building, refining, and growing into.
Some of the best way to understand Sahair is to hear from someone who has experienced it.
I wanted to learn from people who were already doing it at a high level. I wanted great stylists around me who would teach me, challenge me, answer my questions, and have my back when I ran into something I had never seen before. I didn't want to be left alone to figure it all out through trial and error. I wanted to become the best stylist I could be, and I was willing to do the work it took to get there.
That is what I found at Sahair.
Sahair taught me far more than how to cut and color hair. I developed the technical skills I needed behind the chair, but I also learned how to consult with a guest, communicate with confidence, manage my time, build relationships, understand the business side of my career, and take care of people at a much higher level.
And I was never expected to do it alone.
There has always been a team around me—stylists with different strengths, more experience, and knowledge I could learn from. When I didn't know the answer, there was someone to ask. When something was challenging, I had people beside me who wanted me to succeed. Over time, I became one of those people for the stylists coming behind me.
That's one of the things I love most about Sahair. We grow people for a living.
Of course we grow hairstylists. We teach technique, education, guest experience, and how to build a successful career. But Sahair has also challenged me to grow as a person. I've learned accountability. I've learned how to communicate better, how to be part of a team, how to lead, how to handle difficult moments, and how to keep growing even when growth isn't comfortable.
I've had some incredible highs here, and I've had hard seasons too. Through both, I've had a community of people who cared about me, supported me, challenged me, and expected the best from me.
That's what makes Sahair different to me.
You can come here because you love doing hair. You should have fun doing it. But if you really want to build a career here, you also have to be willing to learn, work, take feedback, be part of a team, and keep getting better.
You don't have to walk through the door already knowing how to be a great hairstylist.
You have to be willing to become one.
And if you're willing to put in the work, you'll have an entire team of talented professionals behind you helping you get there.
That's what Sahair has done for me. And now one of the most meaningful parts of my career is getting to do the same for the stylists who come after me.
Sahair doesn't just build great hairstylists. We help people grow into who they're capable of becoming.
