Stylist

Looking for the right Salon Team to start your career with? As one of the best hair salons in Parker, and Lone Tree, CO, graduating from cosmetology school is like getting your Bachelor's Degree in Beauty. But this industry is constantly evolving, and difficult to stay on top of the latest trends and techniques by yourself. Did you know the average lifespan of a hair stylist's career is 3-5 years, with 80 percent of stylists dropping out within the first two years after graduation? At Sahair, we know this is due to lack of training, education and inspiration. It's why Professional Training and Education are fundamental elements of our Salon DNA.

You paid a lot of money for your education and you're excited about the start of your new career. But unfortunately, many Salons see you as just an assistant who is there only to sweep the floors, clean up after the other stylists and leave you alone to figure it out on your own. We've created our Associate Training Program, a proven system with proven results! We pair you with one of our industry experts who teaches you how to become a successful hairstylist. From day one, our program provides you with real-life, hands-on experience! There is no guessing, our experts are with you every step of the way to guarantee you a successful career!

Front Desk Guest Relations

Looking for a career in Guest Relations?

At Sahair Salon, our Front Desk Guest Relations Team is so much more than a receptionist. They are the first smile our guests see when they walk through the door and the last impression they leave with when they head home.

If you love people, enjoy building relationships, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this could be the perfect fit for you. Our Guest Relations Team plays a key role in supporting both our guests and our stylists. From greeting every guest within seconds of arrival, to scheduling reservations, answering phones, helping guests find the right retail products, and creating a warm, welcoming experience, you'll help make every visit unforgettable.

We believe great service starts with genuine hospitality. Guests should feel your smile through the phone and feel at home the moment they walk through our doors. You'll also stay up to date on the latest beauty products, salon services, and promotions so you can confidently educate guests and support our team.

At Sahair, we don't just answer phones—we build relationships, drive sales, create exceptional experiences, and help people look and feel their best every day.

In this first phase of our application process, we ask that you follow this link to take your Culture Index Survey. The survey is only two questions and should only take about 10 mins to complete. This is not a test and there are no right or wrong answers, the survey generates a report which simply displays data that measures your seven work-related communication traits. Our whole team at Sahair completed this survey and we absolutely loved learning new things about ourselves and our teammates when we took it. Step 2 - Send Us Your Resume

In this 2nd phase of our application process, we ask that you follow this link send us a copy of your resume. However, please read STEP 3 below because simply sending us your resume is not enough.
