Correction Policy

Our Guest’s satisfaction and happiness with the Salon Experience they receive here at Sahair, is one of the top priorities for this Salon Company.  We have a very thorough consultation process, designed to avoid any miscommunication or misunderstandings and truly deliver what it is our guests want for their hair.  We are professionals.  And this is the time we educate and recommended services and products designed to accomplish what our guests are looking for.  We will never offer any service or product a guest does not need.


Should one of our guests express they are unhappy with their Salon Service, we are happy to offer a complimentary service correction, however, the correction must be performed within seven days of the original service date.  If the outcome of this corrective service still does not meet our guest's expectations, we ask they contact a Salon Manager.  

Cancellation Policy

For all services, we place a hold charge on your credit card that is equal to 50% of the total value of services you reserve, to hold your appointment.  On the day of your appointment, these funds will be applied to your total.


If you miss the appointment or “no show" the appointment, your credit card will be charged for 100% of the total value of service(s) you reserved.

We understand that extenuating circumstances may occur that interfere with your appointment time.  This is why we are taking extra precautions to notify you via email, text, and phone call to confirm your appointment.

However, due to the high demand for our services, we ask that you provide a 24-hour notice for any appointment changes or cancellations. 

Any appointment canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will be subject to a service fee charge, equal to 50% of the total value of service(s) booked.  We must do this because when appointments are changed or canceled within 24-hours prior to the service, it leaves considerable gaps in our schedules which we are unable to fill.

Product Return / Exchange Policy

Sahair Salon firmly believes, based on our education and experience, that we offer the best retail products available in the industry: styling and hair-care products by Redken, Pureology, Bio Ionic Tools, and Glo Makeup.


If you are not satisfied with a product you purchase as Sahair Salon:

  • At any time within 30 days of your purchase, please consult with your stylist to exchange your Redken or Pureology product for something that is a better fit for your style and needs

  • If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with the product, and one of our stylists cannot match you with an exchange product to fit your needs, you may receive a full refund in the amount and payment style your product(s) were purchased for.

  • Sahair Salon cannot exchange or refund any Shampoos, Conditioners, Take-home hair treatments and Styling Products which are missing more than half of its original content


Unfortunately, for the safety of our guests, we are unable to accept the return or exchange of any makeup or makeup applicators/tools at Sahair Salon. We take hygiene very seriously and want to be sure to follow the industry’s best practices to guarantee the safety and cleanliness of our products!


We love our Bio Ionic styling tools! When purchasing a hot tool from us, Sahair Salon will release all responsibility associated with tools and therefore will not accept any returns through our storefront. However, Bio Ionic is an incredible company with policies that guarantee the satisfaction of our guests. Bio Ionic tools, once purchased, can be registered under warranty as stated in this excerpt from their policy:


“At our discretion, Bio Ionic will replace any dryer, styling iron, curling iron, or curling wand within and subject to the warrantied timeframe and provisions specified below for each appliance, if it is defective in workmanship or materials."


Please Note: Products must be registered within 30 days of the purchase date to validate the warranty.
